Making a Reservation: To make a reservation click on the button "Book here" button on the Tours page. . Choose your option and follow the steps. When payment is made you will receive an email with your details and receipt. Please provide the phone number that we can contact you the day before or the same day of your Adventure with us, in case of any cancellations. You will also receive a reminder email from our reservation system the day before your Adventure.
Parking: Easy access and Free parking with safe area.
Transportation: We live at the side of the river and we don't offer transportation. The cheapest and easy way is renting a car. Some people have use Taxi services from San Juan area to our place.
Food: Food is available in different places close to our place, some of them in less than five minutes away. Local restaurants with great food and prices, two local Bakeries, pizza place and more. 20 minutes away from us you can get to downtown Utuado with many options with local food and fast-foods.
Where to stay: No hotels available around here. The closest hotels will be in Arecibo area. We are 45- minutes south from Arecibo area. Rental rooms or homes available close to this area. Some of the in less than 10 minutes. Many people use different internet platforms to find where to stay in Utuado. Utuado with more than a 100 rooms to stay.
Cancellation Policy Customers will receive 75% refund or credit with 72 hours notice of cancellation prior to the Tour. Any cancelations after 72 hours prior to the Tour will be eligible for an 50% refunds. Cancellations the same date of the Tour will be consider a no show up. No refunds for cancellations made at the same date of the reservation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation, send a text message or give us a call. No-shows will be charged the full price.
